Located in the center of Astana, in the city's most lively park, by the river, the complex consists of symmetrical Hotel and Residence Blocks. There is a total construction area of 55,000 m2, 27500 m2 of which is the Hotel Block. The interior decoration works of all decoration areas within the Hotel Block, with a total area of 6000 m2, are carried out by us on a turnkey basis with materials. The materials were brought from Türkiye and Europe and the complex was put into service in September 2017. The areas, where all application projects, material purchases and workmanship were carried out by us, consist of the Lobby, Restaurants (3), Ballroom, Reception, Lobby and Ballroom Toilets, Banquet Room, Main Staircase and Elevator Hall, Meeting Rooms and SPA.
